Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information TeicheiraFlow collects, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to the TeicheiraFlow platform, apps, and field hardware (the "Service").
1.Information we collect
- Account info — name, email, phone, business name you provide.
- Operational data — fields, zones, schedules, device telemetry (valve state, flow, soil moisture, battery, signal), commands, and approximate device GPS locations you set.
- Photos and questions — photos you upload (install photos, device-label photos) and questions you ask the assistant.
- Usage & device info — log data, IP address, and browser/app information for security and reliability.
2.How we use it
To provide and operate the Service, deliver alerts you request, support you, secure the platform, comply with law, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
3.Sharing
We share data only with: (a) service providers that run the platform on our behalf (e.g. cloud hosting, database, email delivery, long-range wireless network, and AI model providers that process your questions, photos and farm data to write answers and summaries) under confidentiality obligations; (b) your own technicians/installers when you grant them access; and (c) authorities when required by law. We do not share your operational data with other customers.
4.Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless a longer period is required by law.
5.Your choices & rights
You can access and update your profile in the app. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by emailing us; we will respond as required by applicable law (including, where applicable, the CCPA/CPRA). Deleting your account removes cloud access; your field hardware keeps its last on-device settings until reconfigured.
6.Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7.Children
The Service is for business/agricultural use and is not directed to children under 16.
8.Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
