RowCodes Alerts SMS Terms

RowCodes LLC (“RowCodes”) operates the RowCodes Alerts program, which sends automated texts about irrigation pumps, valves, flow, pressure, equipment status, connectivity and account matters for farm fields on a RowCodes account.

You join by checking the opt-in box in the RowCodes web app, signing a RowCodes enrollment form, or being added by your account owner and replying YES to our confirmation text. By joining, you agree to receive recurring automated texts from RowCodes at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies with farm activity and alert settings. During irrigation season it may be several messages a day.

Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. RowCodes does not charge for texts.

Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation text and no further texts at that number. Reply START to rejoin. You may also opt out in your dashboard or by contacting us as listed below. If you opt out, you will not receive pump alerts by text, so make sure someone else is monitoring your fields.

Reply HELP, or contact us as listed below.

Texts can be delayed or not delivered because of carrier filtering, coverage, phone settings or outages. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text alerts are a convenience, not a safety system. Do not rely on them as your only way to monitor pumps, wells or fields.

See our Privacy Policy at rowcodes.com/privacy. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with providers who deliver messages for us.

If you change or give up your mobile number, remove it from your dashboard first so alerts do not go to someone else.

We may update these terms and will post the new version at rowcodes.com/sms-terms.

Opt-out: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT.

Opt-in: START, UNSTOP, YES.

RowCodes also honors any other reasonable request to stop messages.

• RowCodes: PUMP ALERT, Field 7 North. Pump on but flow 0 gpm for 10 min. Check pump. Reply STOP to opt out.
• RowCodes: Low pressure on Field 3 (12 psi). Valve V2 closed. Reply STOP to opt out.
• RowCodes: Gateway Dos Palos 1 offline 30 min. Automation may not run. Check the field. Reply STOP to opt out.
• RowCodes: Your annual subscription for 4 fields renews on {renewal date}. Manage or cancel at rowcodes.com/billing. Reply STOP to opt out.
