Terms of Service

TeicheiraFlow lets you monitor and remotely operate irrigation equipment — valves, pumps, fertilizer injectors, sensors, and field hubs. The Service depends on third-party networks (cellular/internet, long-range wireless radio, and cloud infrastructure) that are outside our control and may be interrupted.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to control the equipment you connect.

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other customers' data or devices, or use it in violation of law (including water-rights, SGMA, and environmental regulations applicable to your operation). You remain responsible for compliance with all such regulations.

You are responsible for the safe installation, wiring, and physical operation of your irrigation equipment, including fail-safe wiring of pumps and valves. Automated and remote controls are tools to assist you — they are not a substitute for on-site judgment, supervision, and physical safety interlocks. You should independently verify equipment state before relying on it.

THE SERVICE AND HARDWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that commands, alerts, or telemetry will always be delivered.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEICHEIRAFLOW AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF CROPS, YIELD, WATER, PROFITS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE — including a pump running, a valve opening or closing, or failing to do so. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Hardware kits, subscription tiers, and transaction fees (if any) are described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your hardware retains its last on-device settings; cloud control and data access end.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state and federal courts located in California.
