The job on a California farm

The first regional page is the San Joaquin Valley, because that is where the crop mix, the groundwater plans, and the irrigation hardware line up with the product.
Crop pages exist where the irrigation is actually different: almonds, pistachios, walnuts, vineyards, and row crops.

The product is aimed at California agriculture, and the San Joaquin Valley is the region described in detail. A farm elsewhere in the state is the same hardware question: power, internet, and valves, not a county line.
